IDOP Cloud

IDOP Cloud is our web platform for IDOP documents. It includes the reader, plus storage and sharing for signed-in users.

Accounts

Opening documents never requires an account. To keep files in the cloud and create share links, create an account with your email address or sign in with Google.

Storage

Keep IDOP documents and other files in folders. Files you store are not read or analysed on our servers. You can download any file at any time.

Sharing

Create a link to a document, with an expiry and an optional password. Anyone with the link — and the password, if set — can open it until it expires or you withdraw it. Remember that anyone who can open a document can keep a copy.

Templates

The gallery contains forty first-party templates. Opening one creates your own document from it, with example content you can keep or clear.

Deleting your account

Settings → Security → Delete account deletes your account immediately. Database records are removed at once; stored file contents are removed by an automatic process shortly afterwards. See the Privacy Policy.
