Tools for producing valid packages.

The idop command-line tool runs the same Rust core as the reader, so “valid here” means “opens there”. It is in preview: used internally and not yet published.

§ 03Without tools

You do not need an SDK to write a document.

An IDOP document is plain web code and one JSON file. Any editor will do. To pack one by hand, create a ZIP whose first entry is mimetype, stored without compression — most ZIP tools can do this with an option for the first file — then add idop.json and your code/ directory.

Then open it in IDOP Cloud: if anything is wrong, the reader refuses it and tells you which rule failed.
