Working draft. This text describes how the service works today. Before paid services begin it will be reviewed and completed with the operator’s registration details. Questions: legal@idoplabs.com

No paid plans are on sale yet. IDOP Cloud is currently free, and nothing is charged. This policy describes how cancellations and refunds will work once paid plans launch; it will be confirmed, with prices, before anything can be bought.

Cancelling a subscription

You will be able to cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and your account then returns to the free plan. Your documents remain yours and can be downloaded at any time.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask for the paid service to start immediately, you will be asked to acknowledge that, once it has been fully provided, you lose the right of withdrawal; if you withdraw before then, you may be charged in proportion to what was provided. To withdraw, write to support@idoplabs.com.

Refunds

  • A charge made in error, or a duplicate charge, will be refunded in full.
  • If the paid service is unavailable for a significant period through our fault, contact us and we will offer a proportionate refund or credit.
  • Otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, through our payment provider, usually within 5–10 working days.
